All products sold on RamsdellProAudio.com have a one-year-limited-warranty, given below.
WARRANTY Qualification Statement:
Ramsdell Pro Audio is constantly striving to produce a higher quality product built to the highest professional standards. As a result of these efforts, specifications on individual products may change. These improvements may be made from time to time without prior notice. Specifications may therefore differ from those listed.
All Ramsdell Pro Audio Speakers are carefully constructed and thoroughly tested before shipment. Ramsdell Pro Audio warrants its speakers purchased in the U.S.A. to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a ONE-YEAR period from the date of the initial purchase by the end user. The warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser of the speakers.
Any speakers returned under this warranty must be carefully packed and shipped prepaid to Ramsdell Pro Audio ( FOB St. Petersburg FL). Speakers found to be in warranty will be repaired or replaced at Ramsdell Pro Audio’s option, without charge and returned prepaid (F.O.B. destination).
Speaker damage as a result of misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, or alteration (including further manufacture), is not covered under this warranty. Also, warranty is void for speakers received with bent frames, torn cones, or obvious overload such as charred voice coils. Please make note: If power amp is run into clipping distortion, rated power handling capability can not be guaranteed and the warranty will be voided.
This warranty is also void if product returned under warranty has any reasonable suspicion of tampering, removal, or alteration of any and all labels bearing the name Ramsdell Pro Audio, and Ramsdell Pro Audio reserves the right to determine “reasonable suspicion of tampering, removal, or alteration of any and all labels bearing the name Ramsdell Pro Audio” and such definition is at the sole discretion of Ramsdell Pro Audio.
Ramsdell Pro Audio expressly disclaims any liability for incidental and consequential damages caused by product defects. This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and reinstallation of speakers. Ramsdell Pro Audio's total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the speaker. This warranty is valid in U.S.A. only.
